Our Dental Membership Program is designed to provide greater access to quality dental care at an affordable price. It is a discounted fee schedule for qualifying services provided at Stovall Dental.

- One exam per year
- Two cleanings per year in the absence of infection
Dental Membership
Program Benefit Premium
Our basic plan for $275 includes:
- One annual exam
- One emergency exam for use during the plan year
- Two cleanings
- Two oral cancer screenings
- Annual X-rays
- 20% off additional cleanings, dental sealants, fillings, crowns, oral surgery, and root canals; orthodontics and implants are excluded
- Two periodontal maintenance visits included, with the third visit 20% off
Member Discounts
Diagnostic and X-rays
The membership program includes the following published discounts for eligible diagnostic services provided at Stovall Dental.
- Comprehensive exam for a new patient or initial visit: no charge
- Annual exams: no charge; children under 18 may receive up to two per year under the current plan
- Emergency problem-focused exam: one per year at no charge
- Annual X-rays: one set per year at no charge
- Additional periapical films: no charge
- Complete series or panoramic X-ray: one every five years at no charge
Preventive
- Child prophylaxis: two cleanings per year at no charge
- Adult prophylaxis: two cleanings per year at no charge
- Oral cancer screenings: two per year at no charge
- Additional cleanings: 20% off
- Dental sealants: 20% off
All other procedures
- Fillings and crowns: 20% off
- Oral surgery: 20% off
- Root canals: 20% off
- Veneers: 20% off
- Periodontics: 20% off
- Dentures and partials: 20% off
- In-house teeth whitening: 20% off, excluding WFL

Program Guidelines
- The patient portion of the bill is due on the day of service.
- Premiums are non-refundable if a participant decides not to use the dental plan.
- Membership premiums are non-refundable.
Cannot be used:
- The program cannot be used with another dental plan or dental insurance.
- Treatment outside the doctors' scope of care and referrals to specialists are not included.
- Hospital charges, automobile medical coverage, and workers' compensation services are not included.
- The program is honored only at Stovall Dental.
